Shipping policy

All orders will ship within 5-7 business days, Monday - Friday, except for holidays. Transit time is 2-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping is charged based on the size and weight of the items you order. Currently, we are not offering Expedited Shipping. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Canadian transit times are 6-20 business days depending on the service used to ship your package.

Occasionally, carrier delays may occur. If you experience a delayed delivery, you are eligible for a refund if the package does not show delivered within 30 days of the shipment date. We will not refund before 30 days have passed. Canadian shipments are not eligible for our 30 day refund policy. Canadian shipments are eligible for refund if they do not show delivered 30 days after the estimated transit time has passed. 

If a package is tagged as "Return to Sender" by the shipping carrier due to Insufficient Address or any other reason, customers will be refunded for the product cost only. These orders are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost, and your refund will be applied after the order has been returned to us. Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to enter their address correctly on their order. We are happy to edit the Shipping Address for any order that has not yet been processed for shipping, however, Sweet Magnolia Charms cannot be held liable for addresses that are entered incorrectly. Sweet Magnolia Charms reserves the right to limit the purchase of any items on this site. Products sold on our website are for end-user customers only and are not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Additionally, Shopify’s fraud analysis helps us to identify orders that could be fraudulent. It is our policy to automatically cancel all orders determined to be fraudulent by Shopify's analysis.
